My original painting is reproduced on a canvas gallery wrap, 1.25" deep. The artwork is printed with acid-free ink that will last without fading, on high quality canvas, and folded around a lightweight frame for a gorgeous, gallery ready appearance. The edges are white. It's finished with a scratch-resistant UV protective coating.
My take on chinoiserie is completely my own. I learned traditional Chinese painting as a teenager, and now I combine that style of brush strokes with acrylic paint in bold yet elegant compositions.
Set against an ivory background, purple wisteria vines and yellow flowering peonies frame two birds sitting on a branch.
I recommend pairing "Amelia," "Eloise," and "Anne" together!
